Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 lb. imitation or real crab meat
  • 1 large whole white onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. white pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • milk (1 can to each can of soup)

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and saute in butter until tender, then slowly add crab meat.
  2. Stir on low heat so it won't stick.
  3. Add white pepper, then slowly add 2 cans of soup, stirring slowly.
  4. Do the same with the other 4 cans of soup.
  5. Let cook on low heat until ready to serve.
