Ingredients

  • 6 oz. crabmeat
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 40 wonton skins
  • 1 egg
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Brush wonton skins with beaten egg.
  3. Place a teaspoonful of crab mixture in the center of each wonton skin.
  4. Fold the wonton to form a triangle, bringing opposite corners to the center and sealing with egg wash.
  5. Deep fry the crab ragoons until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
