- In a food processor, chop the imitation crab meat.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped crab, cream cheese, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place a small dollop of the mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold one tip of the wonton to its opposite tip to form a triangle.
- Dab your finger in warm water and run around the edge of the wonton skin to seal the seams.
- Pinch together the two points of the triangle and fold down the top point to enclose the filling.
- Deep fry the wontons in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
