Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 can Chinese dry noodles
  • 10 oz. package frozen green peas, thawed
  • Cashew pieces to taste
  • 2 handfuls crab

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced celery, sliced green onion, thawed green peas, and Chinese dry noodles in a bowl.
  2. Add crab pieces and cashew pieces to the mixture.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice if using, and then add mayonnaise gradually until the salad is moistened to your liking.
  4. Toss everything gently to combine before serving.
