Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh crabmeat
  • 6 scallions
  • won ton wrappers
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix crab, chopped scallions, Tabasco sauce, and cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of filling in each won ton wrapper and fold/crimp to enclose the filling.
  3. Deep fry the won tons until golden brown.
  4. Drain and serve with hot or mild sauces.
