Crabby-Appleton Salad
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. fresh crab meat ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped apples ⓘ
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 small jar pimientos (optional) ⓘ
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery ⓘ
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion ⓘ
- 1/2 to 1 c. red pepper
- 1/2 to 1 c. green pepper
- 2 to 4 boiled eggs ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. paprika ⓘ
- 1 to 2 boiled potatoes ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. relish (optional) ⓘ
Instructions
- If you use potatoes, boil first.
- If you don't use the potatoes, be boiling the eggs while mixing the other ingredients together.
- Let potatoes cool before adding to the other ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in refrigerator.
