Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. fresh crab meat
  • 1 c. chopped apples
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 small jar pimientos (optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 to 1 c. red pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 c. green pepper
  • 2 to 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 to 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. relish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If you use potatoes, boil first.
  2. If you don't use the potatoes, be boiling the eggs while mixing the other ingredients together.
  3. Let potatoes cool before adding to the other ingredients.
  4. Mix all ingredients together.
  5. Put in refrigerator.
