Ingredients

  • 6 oz. crabmeat
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. grated Velveeta cheese
  • cracked black pepper to taste
  • few drops Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter until smooth.
  2. Add crabmeat, grated Velveeta cheese, cracked black pepper, and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture on split English muffins.
  4. Broil until the topping is brown and bubbly.
  5. Cut into quarters and serve.
