Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Place butter in a 2-quart casserole.
  2. Microwave on High for 45 seconds.
  3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  4. Cover and microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes.
  5. Add cream cheese and cover. Microwave on High for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and salt; mix well.
  7. Gently stir in crabmeat.
  8. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until thoroughly heated.
  9. Serve with crackers.
