Crabmeat Ring Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 c. crabmeat
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. undiluted mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Heat mushroom soup, crabmeat and celery.
  2. Add dissolved gelatin/water mixture and heat!
  3. Add everything else.
  4. Pour into well oiled mold (Pam okay).
  5. Chill; best if made the day ahead. Unmold on lettuce bed or surround with parsley.
  6. Serve with crackers.
