Ingredients

  • 1 can crabmeat
  • 1 jar Old English cheese
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package English muffins

Instructions

  1. Mix crabmeat, Old English cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well blended.
  2. Split English muffins in half and spread the mixture on each muffin half.
  3. Cut each muffin half into 4 pieces.
  4. Place the muffin pieces on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
  5. Alternatively, spread the muffin pieces on a cookie sheet and freeze for an hour or until hard.
  6. Then, toss the frozen muffin pieces into a plastic bag until ready to use.
