Ingredients

  • 2 c. Clifty Farm self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 oz. Clifty Farm crackers

Instructions

  1. Grease pans to be used and preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Put cornmeal into bowl and gradually add buttermilk. Then the egg and cracklins.
  3. Pour into hot pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
