Ingredients

  • 8 oz. round Brie cheese
  • 1/3 c. crushed cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 tsp. rum or orange extract
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel off top rind of Brie cheese round, leaving 1/4-inch rim. Combine all other ingredients, except pecans.
  2. Top cheese with mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with pecans.
