Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 6 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cream together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the well-drained crushed pineapple and the remaining ingredients, including the cranberry sauce and chopped nuts.
  3. Mix thoroughly and add a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into a dish and freeze until firm.
  5. Thaw for 15 minutes before serving on a bed of lettuce.
