- Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and grated orange peel in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Stir in the cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into two greased 9-inch round baking pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cakes for 10 minutes in the pans, then remove and cool completely on wire racks.
