Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 extra large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 45 minutes until golden and set.
