Ingredients

  • 2 packages jello raspberry
  • 1 cup yogurt plain, lowfat
  • 3 cups cranberries fresh
  • 1/2 cup sugar or equilvalent
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple, canned, crushed unsweetened and drained
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 ounce walnuts chopped
  • 2 Sm. apples chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare gelatin according to package direcitons.
  2. Add yogurt and stir until blended.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Place cranberries and sweetener in a blender container.
  5. Blend until berries are chopped.
  6. Add cranberries and remaining ingredients to thickened gelatin.
  7. Spoon into a large bowl.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. (If you wish to make this salad in a mold, use 1/2 cup less water than the directions call for).
