Ingredients

  • 3 bags cranberries
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 3-4 cups English walnuts

Instructions

  1. Bring the cranberries, sugar, and water to a boil and simmer until foam clears, about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Cool the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Add the chopped English walnuts to the cooled preserves.
  4. Pour the preserves into jars and seal.
