Ingredients

  • 1 pint raspberry frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • 1 quart chilled cranberry-raspberry drink
  • 1 750 ml bottle chilled sparkling wine or nonalcoholic white wine

Instructions

  1. Line a large, shallow baking pan with waxed paper.
  2. Using a small ice cream scoop or two 1-tablespoon measuring spoons, shape the frozen yogurt into 20 balls or ovals.
  3. Place the shaped frozen yogurt on the waxed paper.
  4. Freeze, covered, for up to 3 days before serving.
