Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages raspberry gelatin
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
  • 2 oranges peeled, sectioned, and diced
  • 1 large red apple diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl; add cranberry sauce, cinnamon, clove, and orange rind, stirring constantly until blended.
  2. Chill mixture until it reaches the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  3. Fold in the diced oranges, apple, and chopped pecans.
  4. Pour into a 6-cup mold, cover, and chill until firm.
