Instructions
- Brown the stew meat in a round roaster or oven-safe pan with a cover.
- Drain the browned meat.
- Add chopped onion, chopped celery, cubed carrots, cubed potatoes, tomato soup, water, salt, pepper, tapioca, Worcestershire, and optional cabbage.
- Mix ingredients well.
- Cover and bake at 250°F for 5 hours.
- Do not remove the cover while cooking.
- Alternatively, cook in a slow cooker for 8 to 9 hours.
