Ingredients

  • 2 small packages raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup Port wine
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the raspberry Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add the cranberry sauce while hot and stir until well combined.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple and Port wine.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool to jelling point.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
  7. Serve with or without dressing.
