Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, slivered
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups raw rice
  • 1.5 to 2 pounds crawfish tails with fat
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large, greased baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F or until rice is tender.
