Crazy Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Beat cottage cheese and margarine until creamy.
- Add flour and let stand in refrigerator overnight or at least 3 hours.
- Divide dough into 2 parts and roll each into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Melt margarine and spread over the dough.
- Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
- Cut each circle into 1 1/4-inch wedges and roll them up starting from the outside circle.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 350°F.
