Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 oz. orange gelatin
  • 4 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, dry orange gelatin, thawed whipped topping, drained mandarin oranges, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped walnuts.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
