Ingredients

  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 box superfine granulated sugar
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • food coloring as desired

Instructions

  1. Mash and cream the cream cheese; add the powdered sugar gradually, stirring until the mixture becomes like a stiff dough.
  2. Add desired flavoring and food coloring, mixing ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and dip each ball in granulated sugar.
  4. Press the coated balls into molds sprinkled with granulated sugar.
  5. Unmold the candies immediately onto waxed paper.
