Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, spread one package of crescent rolls with the buttery side down.
  3. Stretch the rolls to fit the bottom of the pan.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and egg until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls.
  6. Place the second tube of crescent rolls on top of the mixture with the buttery side up, stretching to fit.
  7. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the top.
  8. Optional: Add a can of cherry pie filling on top before baking.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
