Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 4 - 6 drops spearmint flavoring
  • 4 - 6 drops food color
  • granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and confectioners sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add 4 drops of spearmint flavoring and mix well.
  3. Add food coloring drops and knead the mixture until it reaches a pie dough-like consistency.
  4. Take small pinches of the mixture and roll into balls, then coat with granulated sugar.
  5. Press the sugar-coated balls into molds to shape as desired.
  6. Remove excess mixture and unmold immediately onto waxed paper.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
