Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Unroll and spread 1 can of crescent rolls in a jellyroll pan.
  2. Mix 1 egg yolk, cream cheese, and sugar, then spread evenly on top of the crescent rolls.
  3. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Beat 1 egg yolk and brush it on the top of the assembled pastry.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool and then cut into bars.
