- Unroll and spread 1 can of crescent rolls in a jellyroll pan.
- Mix 1 egg yolk, cream cheese, and sugar, then spread evenly on top of the crescent rolls.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Beat 1 egg yolk and brush it on the top of the assembled pastry.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes.
- Cool and then cut into bars.
