Ingredients

  • 2 cups buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. In an 8 x 8 dish, melt the butter completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the baking mix, egg, and creamed corn.
  3. Pour the mixture over the melted butter in the dish; do not stir or mix into the butter.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
