Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 red potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook, drain, and mash the red potatoes.
  2. Add sour cream, butter, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
  4. Top with additional butter and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 minutes.
