Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup Crisco oil
  • 3/4 cup cream sherry

Instructions

  1. Place the cake mix and pudding in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the oil and cream sherry.
  3. Start the mixer on low speed.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Turn the mixer to high speed and beat for five minutes.
  6. Pour the batter into a well-greased tube or Bundt pan.
  7. Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes if using a tube pan.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes if using a Bundt pan.
