Ingredients

  • flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Braise ground beef; season with salt and pepper. Drain and discard the grease.
  2. Melt butter in a pan; add flour and milk to make a thick gravy.
  3. Adjust the amount of milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Stir in the braised beef into the gravy.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve on toast or biscuits.
  7. Serve with hashed brown potatoes.
