Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Mix creamed corn, sugar, biscuit mix, and egg together.
  3. Pour the mixture into the hot, melted margarine in the pan.
  4. Do not stir the margarine into the batter.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until done.
  6. Cool slightly, then cut and serve.
