Ingredients

  • 1 head fresh broccoli
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower
  • 5 fresh carrots
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dry mix
  • 1 container cottage cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  2. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Peel the carrots and slice into thin strips.
  4. Mix the Hidden Valley ranch salad dry mix into the cottage cheese and mayonnaise until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate the dip until ready to serve.
