Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 c. milk
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bring water and margarine to a boil.
  2. Add flour and salt. Stir until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Beat well after each until mixture is smooth.
  6. Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  7. Spread dough in pan.
  8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 400°.
  9. Pat down during baking to keep even.
  10. Cool.
