Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and mix it with Cheez Whiz while hot.
  2. Sauté chopped celery and chopped onion in oleo until tender.
  3. Boil the frozen chopped broccoli until tender and drain.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until heated through and bubbly.
