Instructions
- Wash and clean beans. Cover with cold water and soak overnight.
- Drain.
- Place beans in kettle with boiling water, ham bone, salt and pepper.
- Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
- Remove from heat.
