Creamy Corned Beef Bake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked corned beef or 1 (12 oz.) can cooked corned beef ⓘ
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted) ⓘ
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed ⓘ
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. small shell pasta, cooked and drained ⓘ
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onion ⓘ
- 2 bread slices, cubed ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted ⓘ
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Toss bread cubes with butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
