Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Gradually add softened cream cheese and blend well, using a blender if desired.
  3. Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of syrup.
  4. Add the reserved syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice to the Jell-O mixture and blend well.
