A luscious, creamy pineapple mold combining sweetened pineapple, cream cheese, and Cool Whip, perfect for summer gatherings or as a refreshing dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in sweetened juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Boil the crushed pineapple in juice and sugar; mix well.
  2. Add the unflavored gelatin and cold water to the boiled mixture; stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the cream cheese pieces to the mixture; beat until smooth.
  4. Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator until partially set.
  5. Beat in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  6. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until fully set.
  7. Top with nuts, if desired, before serving.
