Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Heat 4 cups of milk until warm.
  2. Beat eggs; add 1/2 cup of milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  3. Slowly add 1/2 cup of warm milk to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. Combine the egg mixture with the heated milk; cook until thickened, then cool completely.
  5. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip into the cooled pudding.
  6. Beat well until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled, delicious with cake and pies.
