Creamy Red Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 c. raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp. grated lime peel

Instructions

  1. Line a strainer with cheesecloth.
  2. Add the yogurt and allow to drain over a bowl for 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a medium bowl. Puree the raspberries in a food processor.
  4. Fold them into the yogurt.
  5. Add the peels and basil.
  6. Combine well.
  7. Yields 1 cup.
