Ingredients

  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons creme de menthe
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
  • 12 Hydrox cookies

Instructions

  1. Melt the marshmallows with 1/4 cup of milk in a double boiler.
  2. Let the mixture cool.
  3. Add creme de menthe and whipped heavy cream to the cooled marshmallow mixture.
  4. Mix well until smooth and combined.
