Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. dates, cut fine
  • 1/2 c. grated coconut
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. nuts, cut fine

Instructions

  1. Beat together until fluffy butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add and mix well, cinnamon, nutmeg, vinegar, dates, nuts and coconut. Turn into pastry lined pan.
  3. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
