Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of hot pepper sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Separate the crescent dough into 2 long rectangles and place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Press the dough over the bottom of the pan and one inch up the sides to form a crust.
  4. Press perforations and seams well to seal.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce (if using); mix well.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the prepared crust.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
