Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Spread one package of crescent rolls on a greased 10 x 13-inch cookie sheet.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread this mixture over the rolls.
  3. Place the second package of crescent rolls over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Beat the egg white slightly and brush it over the top of the rolls.
  5. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and nuts; sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until golden brown.
