Ingredients

  • 4 c. quick cooking oats
  • 2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, brown sugar, and oil; let stand overnight or for 8 hours.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the oat mixture.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
