Instructions
- Cook beef; drain and save bouillon.
- In large pan, combine beef, tomato juice, beef bouillon, onion, celery and corn.
- Season to taste.
- Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.
