Ingredients

  • skinless, boneless chicken fingers
  • 1/3 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken fingers.
  2. Combine crushed cornflakes, cornmeal, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip the chicken in flour and sprinkle with water.
  4. Roll the chicken in the cornmeal mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a nonstick cookie sheet.
