Ingredients

  • 2 bunches radishes
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the radishes.
  2. Crush the radishes slightly with the sides of a cleaver.
  3. Wash the celery and cut into 1/2-inch pieces; discard the leaves.
  4. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together soy sauce, oil, and sugar.
  5. Add the radishes and celery to the bowl.
  6. Toss everything together until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately.
